My goals are the same average less than 1450 calories, exercise Tuesday thru Saturday. Now I will add abs on days I am not doing pilates or another dvd with abs in it.
As far as the challenge: cut dessert in half I will try. My current snack has been something I can not really cut in half. So my goal will be to either drink pop or have my snack each day.
Part of my goals are to keep these goals for 30 days. Exercise Tuesday thru Saturday and average below 1450 each week on calories.
