I lost 3 pounds last week.
Goals for this week
My goals are the same average less than 1450 calories, exercise Tuesday thru Saturday. Now I will add abs on days I am not doing pilates or another dvd with abs in it.
New goal - exercise at least 60 Minutes on 3 days or more.
As far as the lst week's challenge: cut dessert in half I will try. My current snack has been something I can not really cut in half. So my goal will be to either drink pop or eat my snack each day. I will stcik to this.
Challenge for the Week- Go to the store and find a veggie or fruit you have never had. Take it home and search it online if you need a recipe... And try something new

I did fairly well this week. I only did 4 days of exercise so next week I will do 6 days to kinda balance it out.
Still working on either a sugary snack or pop. I also did not do the veggie challenge I will carry that over to next week as well.
