Day 27 through day 33
Goals for this week
My goals are the same - weekly average less than 1450 calories, exercise 6 days with at least 3 days 60 Minutes. Now I will add abs on days I am not doing pilates or another dvd with abs in it.
Drink my pop or have ice cream not both
I also did not do the veggie challenge I will carry that over to next week as well.
Monday (day 27)

(Billy Blanks 8 mins super charge, 12 Mins abs, 16 mins buns, 30 Mins painting)
Ice cream and POP
Tuesday (day 28)

Exercise 20 Minutes pilates
Pop and no ice cream
Wednesday (day 29)

Exercise 120 Minutes walking
Pop and no ice cream

Exercise 35 Minutes Upper body no abs today
