I know it has been a while since I updated this blog. I am not real good at keeping up with my blogs.
Since November I unfortunately regained some of my weight. 
I am getting my focus back on getting healthy. I have been exercising 6 days a week using the Biggest Loser DVD's. As well as keeping my calories in the 1600's as an average each week. I have been doing both of these things for 4 weeks. I set a 6 week goal and at the end of the 6 weeks I will re-evaulate my goals.
As of the beginning of week 4 I had actually gained 2 pounds. Although there is no doubt I have lost inches. I will weight Tomorrow (Monday) and see what my body accomplished in week 4. I hope to measure as well.
Next week I will up my workouts to level 3 and will exercise 6 days for 50 Minutes each day. Calories will still be a weekly average in the 1600's.
I am going to try and use this blog to post my struggles so I can have a place to record my thoughts and feelings.
One day last week I lost my battle with chocolate but my cal count for the week still balanced out.
