This is the beginning of week 5. I increased my exercise yesterday to level 3 in the power sculpt. It was a great workout. Yesterday my eating was not so good. I drank 2 servings of pop. I limit my self to one. I also kinda picked most of the day with only one real meal. I need to do much better today. I really feel my metabolism has kicked into high gear. Since Friday I am almost always hungry all the time. I even have had to get up in the early morning to eat an oatmeal bar. The scale showed 1 pound weight loss however I gained 2 last week so that does not mean much to me.
