Tuesday - I did not drink any pop to make up for yesterday. I did well on Calories however, I did not eat enough veggies. I did eat fruit, just need to up my veggie count. I added level 3 to my cardio max workout and it was tough to get through but, I made it. I ate a sundae cone and had a helping of kisses yesterday. I am going to try and limit my sugary snacks to one helping a day and 1 can of pop.
