Last week (week 5) went well. I met both of my goals I did exercise 6 days with a minuim of 45 Minutes each day and my average calorie intake was 1684. I did lose 2 pounds which puts me 1 pound under the weight I started at 5 weeks ago.
This week ( week 6) my goals are exercise 6 days adding abs of steel 3 days. My Average Calories goals is to keep it under 1650. I will not drink any pop and reduce sugar.
Today is Saturday so far I have done well this week. No POP This is huge for me. I am a person who enjoys my pop. I stopped drinking diet pop last April so I have been pretty good at limiting myself to 1 can a day of regular caffiene free pop. Giving up this 1 can is hard but I want to get metabolism jump started.
I have been doing well on reducing sugar. Most days so far I have had a few red hots and about 4 hershey's kisses.
I have exercised every day so far and have added my abs twice. I will exercise today and do abs as well.
Friday was indeed a struggle as my dh was not in the best mood because of lack of sleep and it put me in a crumby mood for awhile. I tried real hard to not let this effect my eating and I did achieve that . Since I am an emotional eater I feel like this was an accomplishment for me. I also did not feel like exercising but I forced myself to do that as well.
It is now Saturday. I feel better emotionally and hope when dh gets up he will feel rested. I am praying he will sleep most of the day and catch up on his sleep. |
