Week 6 went well I exercised 6 days and averaged 1551 calories for the week. I decided to cut out all pop and to reduce my sugary snacks. I accomplished this goal.
Week 7 I exercised 6 days. As far as eating goes I took 2 days off while on a ladies retreat. I did portion my food on the retreat and tried to not over eat the snacks but I did endulge myself. Who could pass up home made truffles. Not me. I did well the rest of the week on sugar. I still not drink any pop.
Weekly Average Calories were 1319 for the 5 days I counted.
I dropped caffiene this week and as well.
