Week 8 Goals and results.

Goals
Exercise 6 days
Average Weekly Calories under 1600
Low Sugar

No CaffieneAlthough I struggled a couple of days with sugar the week came out fairly well.

I exercised 6 days and average cals was 1598.

I lost 1 pound.
