This week I have decided to go low carb. I am doing this to push my body over this hump. I have been reading that when you do low carb you begin to lose weight in your mid section. I am hoping to get rid of the love handles.
I am back into my size 14's again after gaining weight and moving up to 16's. I am giving my 16's away because I am not going back to them. 
My goals are to exercise 6 days and keep carbs under 20 grams each day.
Monday - No exercise, carbs 14
Tuesday - 50 Mins exercise, carbs 11 |
