Last week (Week 9) results and week 10 goals

I reached both goals. I exercised 6 days and kept my daily carbs below 20.

Although going low carb is hard. It was worth it I lost 3 pounds.
Now I am motivated to go another week on low carb.

I also measured today. It has been 4 weeks since I measured and I am very happy with the results.

Here are the results.
Chest -.5"
Under chest  -.75"

Waist -.75"

Belly button -.75"
Hip -.5"
Hip to Hip (I measure from 1 hipbone to the other) -1.5"
Thigh (upper) 0
Thigh (lower) -1.5"
Calve -1
Bicep 0

Total lost 7.25 inches

5 inches in your chest??? Or is it supposed to be 1/2 "?

It was 1/2 inchess loss in my chest.
