This is week 2 of keeping my carbs under 20. I am experiencing some problems with it.
I am getting headaches and I am very tired in the afternoon. After doing some research I think it is because I was way low on my carb intake on Monday and Tuesday. I am now trying to increase the carbs and add an additional salad each day.
I choose to do low carb because I think my body is being resistant to weight loss and I felt like I have 2 choices to try and jump start my metabolism. The first is to go low carb. The second was to drop my calories down to 1200. I choose low carb because I do not like being hungry and I felt on 1200 calories I would be very hungry.
Last week was very encouraging and I hope this week will be as well.
My daughter and I were able to make a low carb cheesecake to help statisfy my snack urges. |
