How did I do the month of May?

I thought I would update for the month of May. I have done low carb the entire month of May. I did take one day off this week because we were traveling then I did very low carb the next day. I am still doing well on exercise. Except for the week I had Jury duty I am still exercising 6 days a week (I am now on week 13 of consistant exercising). The week of Jury duty I only got 5 days in.

I plan taking my measurements again on Monday. When I weight last Monday May 26 I had lost 8 pounds since doing low carb.

I am keeping my carb count 25 or less.

My goal now is to loss another 32 pounds. This will put me at the weight I was at in 1996 when my weight struggle began.

How are you staying high protein on a reasonable budget?
Last week, I splurged on some frozen cooked shrimp! YUM!!!
I will eat it some day with dh for late lunch when kids are napping!
