After 9 weeks of low carb I lost about 13 pounds.

I lost 13 pounds the 9 weeks of doing low carb. I did take a few days off and was exercsiing as well. I lost 11.75 inches. I went from a tight size 14 to a size 10. I do still have a spare tire as I have fat around my belly. My next post will tell the new eating plan I am doing and why. I wanted to update this post just for my own records.

I lost 40lbs while low carbing it when I was pregnant with DD2 I totally changed the way I was eating since I was also gestational diabetic and then after I had her went back to my old ways even getting pregnant with my DS didn't make me change I guess I felt since I was on insulin I could eat whatever I wanted :( Now I am type 2 and am low carbing it again and while I don't know how much I have lost I know I have lost some because of the way my clothing and wedding ring fits :)
