The next 2 weeks I be doing a liver detox. This will mean strick eating habits and exercise guidlines. Here is the basics of my plan.
Eating;
No Sugar
Only Stevia
1 pinch of salt per meal
No Pork
No dairy including cheese
No process foods
No grains
Taking Supplements
Adding flaxseed oil and ground flaxseed to my daily routine
I do get to eat certain fruit
Drink Detox Tea
Drink hot lemon water before Bfst
Drink a mixture of Cranberry juice and water through the day. A total of 64 ounces.
Eat eggs daily (eggs rich in omega 3)
4 ounces of protein at dinner and lunch
Eat all veggies except potatoes
Exercise:
Around 30 Minutes 5 -7 days
Low Impact exercise (I am not allow to let my heart beat go above my 60% max rate) This allows the antioxidants to heal my liver, not my muscles after a difficult workoput
No strength training
Sleep at least 8 hours. I am going to try and go to bed earlier and get up earlier.
I am doing because I may have a fatty or sluggish liver. I do have many sympthoms that could point to this problem. I am doing the detox to try and jump start my liver just in case I do have a problem.
