Feb. 12, 2008 - Bible Reading

    Today is thankful Tuesday and I am so thankful for my me and God time this morning.  This morning Billy left for work, the house was quiet and it wasn't time for school.  I started reading my bible and before I realized it I had read 12 chapters.  I was able to just really pour my heart out to God and it was just such a sweet amazing time. The verse that really reached out to me was Job 1:10a-it says "Hath not thou made an hedge about him, and about his house, and about all he hath on every side" I know I am taking this verse out of context a little but this is what God said to me- He has a hedge of protection about me and my family also.  I am a big worrywart. God wants me to reach out to Him more and let Him have control, He wants my life and everything.  I try to give stuff to God but I also tend to try and fix it myself and hold back also.  This morning I gave them all to him, all of everything. I pleaded for that hedge of protection from Him but also that His will to be done. It was just so good that I wanted to share with ya'll.
