I have not had an oven or cooktop that worked for years. We have been using a 2 burner and roasting oven for almost a year. We have just learned to do without as we could not find one plus get some gaspipe work done so we just made it as we could. Anyway someone just came by our house and gave us a almost brandnew cooktop, oven and new venthood. Someone had been trying to sell it but couldn't as they had put in a new one(wife wanted something different even though she really don't cook), no one wanted to buy it. Anyway this friend of ours told the man he knew someone who needed it and he told the man about us and he gave it to us for free. Can you say blessing from God. It will take a little while before we can get it put in but PRAISES to God and good friends. . Hugs til next time, Pat
This is my place to share as I learn to be the Wife and Mom that God wants me to be. I am striving to be a Proverbs 31 wife, a homeschooling Mom that is training my children and grandson in the way God would have them to go. Also a place to share the joys and trials of caring for my Mom now that she can no longer care for herself.
