Some days you just wake up in a great mood.  You're smiling before you even get out of bed.  Everything is going great; the sun is shining, the birds are singing, all is right with the world!  If that is the kind of day you are having, good for you!  It is easy for you to believe that God loves you. He does, very much.

 

If this is an "average" day for you, busy, hectic, and full of the regular routine, please pause a moment in your hurried life to remember - God loves you!  He loves you if you were too busy for devotions this morning, if you burned your toast, if you got cut off in traffic, if the boss was less than kind, if you feel like "Mom's Taxi Service" and you don't have a thing in the house to make for dinner.  Stop a moment and consider this: God loves you!

 

Does it feel that life has passed you by? Is everyone too busy for you? Maybe your life is in slow motion right now because of age, health, depression, sorrow, or even a brand new baby.  If you feel like everyone else is living life without you, please remember, God loves you.  He knows where you are, He can travel at your speed, and He loves you very much!

 

For some, you dreaded waking up this morning to face one of the worst days of your life.  There has been a recent tragedy, a death, a bad health report,an unfaithful spouse, or a wayward child.  Your dreams have been shattered.  You cannot see your way to tomorrow. On this saddest of days, please allow yourself to accept that God loves you. He does love you, and He always will. He is there for you.  He loves you.

 

This is a good reminder to all of us.  No matter what today brings - God loves you!!!
