Oct. 2, 2008 - Fall Giveaway
I am hosting a "Falling In Love with Jesus" giveaway here on my blog. All you have to do is post about this giveaway on your blog for Chance #1 and for Chance #2 you need to comment on this post and tell me what "Falling in Love with Jesus means to you. I will take entries until midnight the 1st of October. After that Stephen will draw a random name from all the entires for our winner. | I love giveaways! Falling in love with Jesus to me means that deep-seated inner peace that he gives. Things can be falling apart around you and you can say - OK, God, here it is. What does it mean to me? Someone who is sinless and perfect came down to this earth for a old wretched sinner like me. How could someone lay down His life for me and me be selfish and not accept the free gift of salvation. That's why I have fallen in love with Jesus...

| I fall in love with Him often, but sadly leave Him standing waiting for a hello from me at times:( He answers my prayer and I feel smitten, he gives me a beautiful, sunny day and I feel so happy! He surprises me with a blessing and I just feel overwhelmed and special. He corrects me and I feel ashamed, but loved! I'm so glad He always loves me and never forgets me! |

Falling in love with Jesus is all about walking closer to my Saviour each and every day. When I fall down and fail he picks me up and is always faithful to forgive me. Also, falling in love with Jesus is knowing that He will never leave me nor forsake me!

Falling in love with Jesus....that is so easy to do. How can you not fall in love with our Jesus? Falling in love with Jesus means I have a constant companion, friend, and confidant. Each time He corrects me or whispers a reminder of His love in my ear I fall in love with Him all over again:) He is my beloved and I am His.

Falling in love with Jesus is a total act of Christ in my life.
He called me to repentance. He caused me to mourn over my sin and the sin of the world. He caused me to turn from that sin and call upon His name. I gave up my life, and called upon Him to take my life. He is now molding me into the woman He would have me to be.
Seeing myself for who I truly am without Him, brings my too my knees in worship of Him. He is holy, I am not. He is just, I am not. He is the Lord of Lord's and Kings of Kings. I am a worthless, vial sinner without Him.
As Job says in Job 40, I am insignificant when compared to God and His perfect attributes!
How can He love a sinner such as I? His love is amazing! That is why I love Him. He first loved me, called me to Him, reveled Himself to me, and transforms me into a new creature...everyday of my life! It is a work of Him in my life! That is why I love Him so!

| I just wanted to share with you my thoughts on this topic. For me this is something a do each and everyday. I only became a Christian 3 years ago this December. I grew up as a nonbeliever until my son (13 at the time) was used by Jesus to show me how wrong I was. I saw the love in my son and this generated a love in my heart that I can not explain to this day! I fall in love with Him more and more everyday. I am still learning just how wonderful Christ is and the more I learn the deeper I fall! How great is our God! |

| Falling in love with Jesus ... I'm learning more each day how to be still and listen to His voice and how to trust Him more and more. I yearn to please Him not because I have to but because I want to.This may sound strange but this is a description of how I feel about my walk with Jesus. Imagine I am a child just learning to walk. I toddle ahead with Jesus holding my hand. Sometimes I fall and want to cry but I look up and He says "keep trying" and smiles at me. Then He helps me stand back up and keep going.We repeat this process a lot but He is ever patient and encouraging. How can we not love someone who loves us so? ~ Blessings Pat! ~ Nikki |

What falling in love with Jesus means to me....
Waking up everyday and learning something new and wonderful about Him in His word. It's doing right and feeling that wonderful closeness with Jesus.... And even when we're far away from Him and forget about Him, it's that moment when you realize that Jesus is THE answer to ALL our needs, and turning back to Him once again. ...I fall in love with Jesus so much especially when I sing to Him....And when I experience tragedies and know that hHe is the only One who will never leave me.. How can you NOT fall in love with Jesus?
I don't really have an active blog anymore, so I can't post on there right now... |

About Me
I am first and foremost a child of the King. I am wife to Billy and Moma to Jonathan,Amanda and Stephen.
