AUTUMN LEAVES
Autumn comes and the leaves change colors
Red, orange, yellow so many hues
Autumn comes and the leaves fall
Get the rake, get the basket,
Get the kids, lets play,
Leaves are calling, lets jump in them.
Autumn leaves burning, apple and pumpkin pie,
The smells of autumn.
Autumn leaves and winter comes.

| Thanks for joining the party :) You wrote a wonderful poem. I love the "smell" of Autumn . Thanks so much for your prayers Pat. It looks like he didn't get the job but I know God will provide. Its just we had such high hopes. Just pray that we get over the disappointment and continue to trust in the Lord. I know how good He is ... just this past Sunday night we had a revival sweep through our church. 6 were saved and 5 rededicated their lives to Christ. One of those rededicates was my son. Something I had prayed to see for a while. So I know He is working, just got to give it time before Toodles is LOL. Have a great day Pat! ~ Blessings! ~ Nikki |
