Here's an article on what's going on with Israel -- a brief history, biblical prophecy concerning Israel, etc.  We talk about this A LOT in our homeschool.  Current events -- very current, and daily.  Read the bible ... then read your paper ... and watch the events unfold.  Or read your bible, and your history books (not the rewritten ones) -- prophecy fulfilled (in detail -- not generalities like Nostrodamas) is absolutely unique to the bible  -- no other religious book has it.

I really feel that  many young people turn away from the faith.  due to not knowing how to defend their faith.  They don't know that its TRUE, but feel they have to hang onto this leap in the dark, unsubstantiated faith!  Fulfilled prophecy is there for us to look at, and realize that God IS the One True God. 

Well, read on ... this stuff keeps me on the edge of my seat.
