Dec. 7, 2005 - Sorry, its a "Whipper"
Hey, Julie ~ I was confused, you answered me on your daughters blog. Nice blog, Bethany! I enjoyed visiting it!
The pampered chef tool ~ its actually a whipper, but I call it my wisker (improperly spelled, and should be called and spelled "whisk" except it isn't even a "whisk," but in fact is a "whipper." Well, regardless, I'll probably still holler "Where's my wisker?" Because I use it often cooking supper, or just stirring something. I use it to make gravy and white sauce mostly (I am NOT into low fat!).

Dec. 12, 2005 - Hi Deb
Thanks for your comments on my blog. I just feel so dreadful. I feel a bit more chipper today, but yesterday was a washout. Literally! My dh and I went out in the afternoon to go Christmas shopping, and this Christmas song came on about how Christmas has changed and how someone was missed at Christmas. I just looked over at dh, and said, "Why on earth is this stupid song on??", and burst into tears. He had some opinions on this whole mess, which I may share on my blog later on so I can write them out and think about it more. And you are right, I am doing too much, but I decided yeserday to not make any more soap until after Christmas, and instead of official school, we will be doing fun stuff and making things. I will check out that link you sent me too.
I wish you lived closer, you seem so much like me!! Except I am a little more deranged!
Dec. 12, 2005 - Napolean
No, I haven't seen it yet! I have heard that it is hilarious. My oldest is 11. I will watch it soon I am sure. I have heard from some people that it is a good movie to watch when you need encouragment about continuing to homeschool.
