We had a very small Christmas this year...the money just wasn't there for expensive gifts...but we did the best we could...one of my thoughts was to get each of the kids their own box of hygene products......ya know shampoo, conditioner, mouse, bubble bath, razor blades for the boy...stuff like that....now my reasoning behind this was to kill 2 well 3 birds with one stone...I though well this is stuff they need\use all the time & if they have their own they can't complain that someone used all the shampoo becasue with their own bottles they only have themselves to blame...and I'm not having to buy anything extra than is needed...I mean they need shampoo anyhow ya know.

 

I think those boxes where the biggest hit EVER...espically with the girls..they LOVE having their own !

 

We went shopping for after Christmas stuff today and they had christmas $ burning a hole in their pockets.....I couldn't believe how theywanted to but MORE lotion & such.....they LOVE it.....my girls are so easy to please!!!

 

They were also MORE interested in buying new toys for the dogs than I could have ever imagined......we have 3 dogs who really love their toys...and Rex is just over the top in killing of dog toys. We went to a new pet store in Lawton...they had all Christmas dog toys on sale for 75% off...we bought 6 toys for the price of one & a half regular priced toys ....& the kids had the best time picking out dog toys.
