I subscribe to a LOT of blogs, too many to list here.
But I'll change this listing up from time to time, as the mood hits me.

Artist Study- Joseph Mallord William Turner
We finished up our study of J.M.W. Turner today. I'd like to do some applied art next week based on this study though. I'm still thinking on it and need to see what supplies we have on hand.
Not covering DaVinci next as we covered him in our TOG history already. We'll revisit him again, I know, next time we go through TOG2.
I'm considering Titian (AO2006-2007T3) or Vermeer(AO2005-2006T2), or possibly Copley and Stuart (AO2002-2003 T1.) I'm leaning towards the latter to bring us with a tie-in to our history (not something I usually do, just sometimes.)
I need to buy another color cartridge and get some prints made up! I've always had suitable results from printing at home. And it saves me from having to go out and get stuff printed which might not ever get done! LOL
I was looking at your sample page and notice that you use the Uncle Josh's Outline Map for the map of Europe. How were you able to get that onto a document? I have the CD, but have not been able to figure that out.
I know where we're going for our CM Tea today--your site to see these awesome paintings!! I'm enjoying exploring your blog as I have time. So much "good stuff"

I had never heard of Joseph Mallard William Turner (whew, what a name!) until the other day when I saw some pictures of his works on NotebookingPages.com. Today I printed out Rome from the Vatican and the one about the Fifth Plague of Egypt. I'm thinking we'll study J M W Turner and learn about him now that I've printed out 2 of his works. I'm planning to show my kids the study and the cool watercolors that you and your daughter did. Great job!
I forgot to say that this is the first time I've ever visited your blog. I've seen peakmore academy mentioned on other blogs. Today I saw it on debbie'sdigest@blogspot.com and decided to come and check it out.
Can't believe no one has commented on this entry
