Can't ya almost smell 'em???
I made a delicious mixed bean soup the other day and made a pan of rolls to go along. They were delicious. The pan made way more than enough for the three of us, so I froze most of them to serve another day.
This officially means it *IS* possible for me to rise dough even without my heated bathroom. That bathroom was the PERFECT place for proofing dough. *sigh* But now, in this new house, there isn't any heaters in the bathrooms. Instead, the dough rose on the stove top (glass) for an hour. Worked just fine.
