Hi, welcome to my ramblings.
I am in sunny Australia, I homeschool my 2 kids, dd11 and ds10. We have been homeschooling for 2.5 years and I just love it. Dh is a spiritual teacher, no we are not Christian, I am not sure what we are but we consider our home a kind of ashram, a buddhafield, so thats why I called this blog Peela's Homeschool Sanctuary. It is like a sanctuary here, even though we live in the city.

I thought I would first share our style of homeschooling, and our routine. I am inspired by The Well trained Mind, by Climbing Parnassus, as well as lots of other styles lik Charlotte Mason, but my main influence seems to be TWTM.

We do music lessons, Latin, Classical Writing, Singapore Math, Singapore Science, Story of the World, and several classes. But thats enough for an intro while I go and work out how to make this blog work.
