We have some divided plates for the kids to use for dinners.  (We use paper plates as much as possible during the day.  It's a sanity saver!)  Anyway- we had company for Easter, and Eric commented that if the adults didn't want a cafeteria flashback, they could use a non divided plate.  Josiah asked, "What is a cafeteria?  A type of strong coffee?"

All the adults laughed hysterically, all the kids looked confused.

That is pretty funny!!! My kids recently asked what "recess" was. LOL
I was wondering when you were gonna post again. (grin) Do you ever find yourself checking your own blog to see if there are any new posts, only to realize, "Oh yeah, IIIIII have to be the one to post." LOL If you' ve never done that then never mind...I have a friend who does it sometimes. Wink.

I love that! My teen put on our blog "you Know your Homeschooled when" a few months ago. Some of the things he came up with cracked me up! Kids are so GREAT!
