Toothfairy Troubles
The reason Michael woke up this morning to find his tooth had not been replaced by cold, hard cash is because it was so dark in his room that the Toothfairy could not find his tooth and therefore didn't take it and, moreover, as she was feeling around for a place to leave the cash, she ended up leaving it inside the pillow making it a difficult discovery for one, young 6-year-old and upon further investigation by his mother, the special inside-the-pillow hiding place was discovered and everyone was happy.
That's my story, and I'm stickin' to it.

We've had similar problems at our house! That tooth fairy is a little unpredictable. Once she left money under Jeff's pillow instead of Leah's!

That's funny! My younger sister just lost a tooth a week or so ago, and the tooth fairy didn't get it the first night. I'm not sure what happened....

The exact same thing has happened here!! LOL. Our tooth fairy has also been a few days late, too. She's a very busy fairy, you know! LOL Holly

The day I woke up to find that the tooth fairy forgot to replace my tooth with a quarter was the day that I learned the tooth about Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny, the Tooth Fairy Fairy, the Toe Nail Napper, and the Mystical Ear Waxer. That was a tough morning. I was really fond of the Mystical Ear Waxer...

May. 7, 2008 - tooth fairy - too busy or lost?

The tooth fairy got 'lost' and left the "cold hard cash" under my friend's husbands pillow one night; but at our house we find that that little fairy gets so busy that sometimes she can't make it to pick up the tooth on the first night! Maybe someone should talk to her about living a more balanced life!
