To: Mrs. Turner Ok if you are married to Will how does Elizabeth fit in with the story? Because Will really did love Elizabeth. Did you just kill her off? Oh, I get it you are married to William Turner (bootstrap) so you are Wills dad. Right?. So you must be about 40 to 50 years old? I'm not sure how exactly Claire would explain this, but I look at it like this: Elizabeth betrayed Will by kissing Jack in Deadman's Chest. I think she loves Will, yes, but it seems that her infatuation with Jack is very strong. Why then would Will trust her to not do something like that after their marriage? She has proven that she isn't afraid to do things that society would deem unacceptable. Also, I think that Will loves her with a total, complete, sacrificing love. Meaning that if meant her happiness, he would let go of her. Everyone has different opinions on this, and until the 3rd movie comes out, no one really knows how it all turns out.
