Chapter 6~Sarah and Melissa

Melissa

While Sarah was screaming the living daylights out of her characters,I was appalled. Only three of MY characters were there; Bebop,Lynx and Kyocho. Bebop was a gangster type of fellow,liked to hunt game and occasionally did smoke. (Don't ask me why I made him do that.) Lynx was a master thief and only nineteen at that! He is also infused with the siamese cat and had the tail and ears to prove it. Kyocho was a seventeen-year-old,butterfly-infused girl,whom was mostly quiet and only wore her fighting suit and butterfly mask,which covered all of her face accept her eyes. "Kyocho,where are my other characters?!" She blinked,slowly. "They are.....at your home." "They thought you were THERE,not here!" Lynx added.

Sarah

Thoron threw me back. "WHY DO YOU LOVE THEM MORE THAN YOUR OWN CHILDREN?!?" He yelled. I gasped. "WHY?!? BECAUSE! YOU GUYS ARE SUPPOSE TO BE BACK IN THE IMAGINARY BOX!!!!!!! THAT'S WHY!!!!!!!!!" Zoey crossed her arms. "Hmm! Fine! If that is the way you want it!" I sighed. "Why ARE you guys fighting against the others?"

Melissa

I turned to Sarah and was about to say something,when Lynx suddenly hugged me,tightly. "OOH! IT'S SO GOOD TO MEET YA,MOM!!" I shrieked with laughter and mananged to pry him off. "Sarah..." I panted. "...Now what?"

Sarah

"WE PUNCH THE LIVING DAYLIGHTS OUTTA THEM UNTIL THEY CUT THEIR SMART-BUTT ACT AND TELL US WHERE THE CHARACTERS ARE!!!!!!" Melissa nodded. "Good plan!" So,I was about to beat up MY characters,when there was a single gunshot coming from somewhere. I looked to my right and a grin appeared. "VERSUS NOCTIS!!!!!!!!!"

Melissa

'Versus WHO?!" I exclaimed. "Just who the heck is HE?!" Lynx added. Kyocho sighed. "This is tiresome...." Bebop grinned at me. "Just so long as I can actually feel my own skin,I'm happy!" I rolled my eyes. "Oh,brother." I turned back to Sarah. "No,seriously,who's Versus?"

Sarah

"He's a character from Final Fantasy 13! He's a prince who's got Crystal powers!" He ran upto me and pat my shoulder. "Good to see you,Miss ******!" I waved. "Hiya,Versus!" I hugged him,but Thoron immediately fumed. "Oh,look! A spec I forgot to clean!" He pointed his cannon gun at him,but I smacked him. He gasped. "OWW! Mother,be reasonable!" I pointed my finger at him. "You DO NOT hurt the Characters! Now,you are gonna tell me EXACTLY where they are or I will make sure I delete you from existence like THAT!" He widened his eyes. "Alright! We'll take you to them..."

Melissa

I examioned Versus and couldn't help but grin. "You know,you're some kind of a handsome fella. I'm Melissa!" I shook his hand. Then,I turned to Sarah's character,Thoron. "Yeah,do that,please,because right now,I'm afraid that Reno is getting on Kadaj's last nerves."

Sarah

Thoron gave her a disgusted face. "Who ARE you?" She gasped. "I am Melissa ******! Sarah's BFF!!" I smacked her head. "And a sister to me! You better know her or I'll ground ya!" He gawked. "MOTHER!" "DON'T YOU MOTHER ME!!! NOW YOU BETTER TAKE US TO MY LOVE INTEREST AND OUR FRIENDS!!!!!" He jerked his head back. "LOVE INTEREST?!? YOU ARE ONLY 14!!" I smirked. "Exactly! He's on lay-away!"

Melissa

I laughed. "Yeah and so is Axel! HA!" Sarah gave me a funny look. "I thought you said that you didn't like him." "No,I said that I DID like him,but if he was here,I wouldn't let him know." I turned to Thoron and glared. "NOW! TAKE US TO THEM!!!"

 

Sarah

"Yeah,whatever!" I complained and turned to Thoron. "Now,stop stalling and just TAKE US!!!!" He flinched. "But-" "NO! NOW!" He sighed and with a snap,the Characters appeared.

Melissa

I blinked. "Wow,that was odd." Genesis looked around. "What happened? We were here one moment,then some man came and...." He looked over at Thoron and gasped. "That's him! The man!"

Sarah

"Old news,Bible Boy." I murmured. He blinked. "You know him?" "Yeah,he's one of my Characters and he hates your guts for SOME REASON..." I turned my head at Thoron,slowly. "Let me guess; You're jealos?" He looked at the sky. "I would say no,but I know you would be angry,so yes...I am." I growled. "I didn't create you to be jealos at someone! I created you to be above others' feelings!" He looked down. "I know..." I flicked his forehead and waved for the others to come. "You guys stay here while I try to deal with the ones who should have stayed where I PUT THEM."

Melissa

I stood,uncomfortably with all of the other Characters. Kyocho was the first one to speak. "Where can I sit down?" I sighed with relief and showed them the way to Sarah's living room. (She went into the kitchen with Thoron) Everyone either sat or continued standing. I looked around,trying to find something to speak about. Yazoo cleared his throat. "It appears as if we're going to be stuck here awhile,why don't we try to make a pleasent conversation?" I groaned. "I wish I knew how."

Sarah

"UNBELIEVEABLE!" I cursed,as I entered the living room and flopped in a chair. Melissa stared at me. "What's wrong?" I shook my head. "Thoron and the others say they can't go home until tomorrow!" "WHAT?!?" Melissa questioned. I shook my head again. "Yeah,I know. So,I am stuck with them until TOMORROW!!!!!!!!" "No,this is HORRIBLE!! THEY CAN'T LEAVE!!!" I raised my eyebrow. "Parden?" She put her hands on her hips. "Don't you want them all to stay?" "Well,at least I had a place to put them BEFORE! Now,SHOOSH! You'll wake my parents!" She gawked.

Melissa

"Whatta ya mean BEFORE? Where was the place; Your imagine box? Doesn't it EVER GET CROWDED IN THERE?" I half-yelled,lightly knocking on Sarah's head. "Besides,I would think that you'd be happy having all of your Characters come to life!!"

Sarah

"SO DID I!!! I mean,I WOULD be..but for some reason,I am actually quite ANNOYED! Know why?" Melissa blinked. "BECAUSE,I wasn't expecting my Characters to actually try to KILL the OTHER Characters!!!!" Melissa bit her lip. "Well,not ALL of them want to!" "That's what YOU think!" I shot back. She sighed. "Sarah,I need a break from all this...I'll be outside." I shook my head and walked back and forth. "Good grief,can't ANYONE listen to me for a change?!?"

Chapter 5~Sarah and Melissa

Melissa

"For one,Axel,MOST LIKELY,isn't coming here. Two,next time,if you beat me up,THEN,I'LL BE DOIN' THE SAME THING!" Kadaj frowned and so did Sarah. I rolled my eyes. "Man,this is dumb..." I muttered. "ALRIGHT,ya big bone-head,I'm sorry!" Sarah glared at me. I groaned. "FINE! I'm sorry,I shouldn't have kicked you,let alone where I DID,so,I'm sorry,Kadaj!"

Sarah

"Thank you..." Kadaj muttered. I then grabbed Melissa's arm and dragged her along. "C'MON!!! WE'VE GOT TO SEE MY PARENTS!!!" "But--" "NO BUTS! C'MON!!"

About 15 minutes later,we arrived at my doorstep. I then knocked and pat Melissa on the back. "It'll be alright. I promise."

Melissa

I looked wearily at the dreaded door. "Please don't make me do this,Sarah...." I whined. Sarah lightly slapped my forehead. "You idiot; I told you,everything is going to be alright!" "Yes,Melissa,you shouldn't worry." Genesis encouraged me. Alas,I still flinched as Sarah knocked on her door.

Sarah

And then,the door was opened. I smiled as I saw mom. She gasped. "Sarah!" I waved. "Hi,Mom! Melissa's here! I had to pick her up!" She widened her eyes as she saw Melissa. "Melissa! Oh,my goodness! Where is your family?" Melissa turned to me with a face of; 'Help me' But I found a good excuse. "Mom,this is important. You know about the Characters?" Mom smiled and nodded. "Well...they need to get home and Melissa and I are the only ones who can help them. But we kinda need you and dad's help. So,no more questions?" Mom sighed and nodded. "Alright. Come inside. It's freezing cold! Melissa,Sarah will get you some hot cocoa and wrap you in a blanket. I'll go wake up your dad,Sarah."

Melissa

I double-blinked as Sarah led me to the kitchen. Was her mom FOR REAL?! My mother would NOT take no for an answer. She would pound Sarah for an explaination until she got one,if the situation was reversed! "My mother...." I said,quietly,as I sipped my hot cocoa. "...Thinks that the characters are all in my head; But,I like to believe in them!"

Sarah

"See? I told you so! You should start trusting me more often!" I teased her. She smiled as she sipped her cocoa. And then,my dad came down. He looked at me,then Melissa. "Who--" "This is Melissa,dad. Her and I are the only ones who see the characters and they need to get back home,but we're gonna need you two's help. No more questions,please." Dad blinked,then sat down in a chair. "Just one question..Melissa,have you eaten?" Melissa smiled. "Um...no." He grinned. "Then,I'll make up some burgers." He then disappeared into the kitchen. Mom took Melissa's hand. "Here,sweetheart,you get yourself washed up and Sarah will gather you up some clothes while I wash up your old ones."

Melissa

I blushed and did as her mother told me so. After I bathed and got into some of Sarah's old PJ's,(Hey,it was late and I was ready for bed,so I decided on PJ's!!) and hopped into the kitchen,where the delicious scent of Hamburgers arose.

Sarah

"That is the most juiciest burger on the earth!" Melissa commented as she sunk her teeth into it. I smiled. And dad grinned. "Thank you very much." Mom pat Melissa's back. "So,are you planning on sleeping in Sarah's room?"

Melissa

I only nodded; Seeing how my mouth was full of a delicious hamburger,that was all I could do at that moment. So,I quickly swallowed it and smiled,politely. "Yes,ma'am,if that's alright. I can sleep on the floor,I don't mind." I chuckled. "My bed's probably harder than her floor,anyhow!" I added.

Sarah

"Nonsence! I'm not gonna have my BFF sleep on the floor!" I hugged her. "We can watch movies and play video games until our eyeballs pop out!" She gasped. "YES! And we can talk about EVERYTHING!!!" I cleared my throat. "And in the morning,after we all eat breakfast,we can talk about the important stuff!" I handed her a drink. "Here,have a Pepsi!"

Melissa

I smiled and sipped the pepsi as we both headed to her room. I was astonished. "Wow,THIS is your room?" She grinned. "Pretty cool,huh? Hey,what's your room look like?" I grinned and shrugged. "Well,I have a desk and easel,lots of bookshelves and a really big radio!" I clapped my hands and did a little jig. "Now,let's have some fun!"

Sarah

I blasted my karaoke and turned on the TV and danced around like a maniac. "How about some popcorn?!?" She grinned. "Yeah!" I got some popcorn and ran back upstairs. "Let's watch Advent Children!"

Melissa

I nodded and grinned.  As we watched the part where Tifa was kicking Loz's butt,I turned to her with a quizical look. "Hey,where'd the characters go to?"

Sarah

I blinked. "I don't know..." We then ran downstairs and opened the door..but the Characters were gone.

I gasped. "MELISSA!!!" She gasped along with me. I grabbed her shoulders. "THE CHARACTERS HAVE BEEN KIDNAPPED!!!"

Melissa

I shook her,vigeriously. "HOW COULD THEY HAVE BEEN KIDNAPPED?! There are over twenty of them,most of them have some sort of strong power and WHO WOULD WANT TO KIDNAP THEM BESIDES US!!!???!"

Sarah

I gasped. "WAIT!!..............could it be that....our Characters might've.....come to life?" She widened her eyes. "Why would you say THAT?!?" I turned her around. "Because Zoey and Kevin are right there,staring at us."

Melissa

I double-blinked and stared. "OMIGOSH!!" I exclaimed,jumping back. It was true; Zoey and Kevin were there! I suddenly felt someone pick me up and started swinging me around. "THANK YOOU!!" The man cried. I screamed until he put me down. I gasped. "BEBOP!"

Sarah

"HOW?!?" I screamed,as all my characters grouped around me. "Well...the real reason why you two have us here...is because there is going to be a war between us and the other characters..." Syber told me. "And tomorrow,everyone will see us..including them." He hugged me. I pushed him away. "WHERE ARE THEY?!?" Thoron grinned. "They're...somewhere..." I growled and leaped at him,grabbing his neck and pulling him to me. "YOU BETTER TELL ME RIGHT NOW OR YOU'RE GONNA WISH YOU WERE NEVER CREATED!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Chapter 4~Sarah and Melissa

Melissa

Cloud sighed. "That's what we wanted to ask you..." Sarah blinked. "WHAT?" "We don't know how we got here!" Yuffie cried. "We were in Cid's ship and everything got blurry and the next thing WE know,the ship crashed into some mountains with these four guys' faces on them!!" I slapped my forehead. "OUI! You crashed INTO a national monument?!"

 

Sarah

"GOOD GRIEF!!! THIS IS STUPID!!!" I started beating my head against a car. "GUYS!!!!!" I screamed,swinging around. "Don't you see that Melissa and I are just kids? How do you expect us to actually get you back home?? We have both been trying to do that our whole lives!!!!" I laid down and sighed,shaking my head. "So,basically,you're stuck here!"

Melissa

"If this was a dream..." I chuckled. "...Then,I would make it where I could find a situation to help. BUT,since this is reality and gravity exists,I can't really do much." I sat down on the ground,when an idea came to me. "Just how did you guys get here? Like,did you notice anything weird,strange sounds or signs or ANYTHING THAT WE CAN WORK WITH HERE?!!?"

Sarah

"Exactly!" I called from the ground. Everyone looked down at me. Riku sighed and looked around. "Sorry. There was nothing." I sighed and rose up. "Well,I am guessing you ARE stuck here,then..." I then looked to the stars and a thought came to my head. "What if................" I then sprung to Cloud and grabbed his shoulders. "WHAT IF YOU GUYS WERE TO COME TO US SO YOU COULD HELP US?!?" Melissa gasped. "That's right! That could be!" I nodded. "We have so much happening......."

Melissa

I looked over at Sarah. "What are you talking about? You lost me. I have nothing going on and THAT'S my problem!" I rubbed my eyes. "Look people,whattya want us to do? We're just kids,I don't even know about chemistry,let alone how to get some people back to THEIR WORLD!!"

Sarah

"I mean..." I paused. "Maybe...." I threw my arms in the air. "GAH! I DON'T KNOW!!!" I slammed down and crossed my arms. "I don't know at all!!! So,why don't you go find some adults who actually know things?!?" Kadaj touched my shoulder. "We did and the only ones who can help us is you two." I blinked. "Uh....." Kadaj then bent down and took my hand,holding it to his heart. I widened my eyes as he stared into them. "Please,Sarah. We need your help." I cleared my throat and sprung up. "You heard the boy,Melissa! We need to get these characters back into their worlds!!"

Melissa

I snorted. "PU-LEZ,just because cutie-boy Kadaj acts the least bit romanticy,you spring up and are ready to do the IMPOSSIBLE?!" Genesis frowned,slightly. "You won't even try,Melissa? Not even for us?" I blinked slowly. "Don't try that puppy-dog stuff on me,Genesis,I'm not that easy to control." "HEY!" Sarah shouted. I turned to shout at her,when suddenly,I was being hugged,gently. "Please,Melissa?" Genesis asked,quietly. "Could you at least TRY? I would love to get home." I frowned. "I can't believe this...ALL RIGHT,I'LL HELP!" Genesis smiled. "Thank you."

Sarah

I punched her shoulder. She gaped. "OWW! Why?!" "Cause you're being harsh to these poor little people who are just trying to get home! Think about it! Wouldn't you try to get home to your family if you were stuck on an unknown planet??" She cut her eyes to the side. "I suppose..." I nodded. "That's what I thought! And all they have help from is two selfish little girls who can't even spell Mary Poppins backwards!!!! So,I suggest we start trying than giving up!" She gawked. "WATCH IT,YOU!!!" I crossed my arms and stuck out my tounge. But Kadaj was staring at me. I grinned. "It's true...I have a really big crush on you.." I grabbed his hand. "Well,let's go get some help!" Melissa blinked. "From WHO?!?" I smiled and turned to her. "From my Parents."

Melissa

I blinked,rapidly. "FIRST OFF,snippop yram! Second of all,if your parents see me,then they're gonna want to call MY MOTHER,YOU TWIT!! Remember? I had to SNEAK away? Sneaking,means,DON'T GET CAUGHT!!" I couldn't help but shout; This was all very new to me and I was honestly confused.

Sarah

"Heck no,Melissa! You don't know my parents! They believed me when I told them about THEM. So,they won't call her. Not if I ask them not to. Because they would do whatever." I took her hand. "And second of all,PISH POSH! I was the Character-Obsessed one,remember? So,I guess you should start being more like me,right?" She growled. "YOU AIN'T THE BOSS OF ME!!!!" I squinted. "You're actin' like a baby,Melissa! At least try to act your age!!" She snarled and kicked Kadaj RIGHT where she shouldn't have. She laughed as Kadaj fell down,slowly,in total pain. But as she turned to see me,she was pounced on and attacked. "HOW DARE YOU KICK MY FANTASY BOYFRIEND???????!!!!!!!!!!!!" I yelled.

Melissa

I sighed and held my laughter until Sarah was done beating me up. After about six minutes,she stood up,confidentally. As soon as she did,I burst out laughing again. "IT WAS WORTH IT!!" I howled. Kadaj slinked off to a corner and whimpered,in pain. "Sarah,he's an evil,crazy,not to mention sword-happy weirdo!" Sarah folded her arms and glared. "But you like Axel and he's WAY weirder!" "Oh,that's different; He isn't here at this moment,as you CAN CLEARLY SEE!!" "So,if he wasn't here,then you wouldn't be all over him?!" I nodded. "That's right. Sure,I'd still like him,but I would keep my distance from a PERSON WHO CAN EASILY KILL ME!!"

Sarah

"No,no,Kadaj was just lookin' for his mommy. And he is just a kid like both of us." I leaned in closer. "And do remember when your little Axel gets here,I am going to kick his tail." She growled. "You wouldn't!" "Oh,really?" I turned and hugged Kadaj. "Are you ok,Kadaj?" He nodded,slightly. "Yeah..." I then helped him over to Melissa. "You better say sorry or I'll beat ya harder and LONGER next time!" I yelled. Melissa widened her eyes.

Chapter 3~Sarah and Melissa

Melissa

"You know...." Genesis spoke,slowly,his breath tickling my neck. "....It is possible,after all,you're going to your grandmother's and you could pretend to go to bed early,Melissa. If that's alright with you." I sighed. "I know. She wants me to do it,but...." "But?" Genesis repeated,the grip of his arms around my neck tightening. "Do you mean that you're feeling some remorse about your decision? That you're pondering what is right and wrong in this situation and if you should or should not deceive your mother's and grandmother's trust?" I huffed. "Well,if you have to put it THAT way,then...yes." I slowly typed my reply. "Okay,when should I meet you?"

Sarah

"Hold on! Whatta ya mean? It'll probably take a few days! But...we should BOTH leave tonight! Let's do it!" I sighed and sent it. It felt kinda weird because everyone was staring at me. I bent down and breathed,heavily.

Melissa

I clenched my fists. "Melissa...?" Genesis pondered. "Are you going to be able to do this?" I nodded. "Yeah..." I replied that it was O-KAY. I quickly stood up from the computer's chair and logged off. Grabbing my bag,I ran over to my mother. "C'mon,mom!" I managed to contain myself. "Let's go!"

Sarah

"Sarah?" I looked up and saw Mom. She crossed her arms and leaned against the wall. I sighed. "Yeah,mom?" She squinted. "What are you doing?" I sighed again and got up,logging out of my account. "Nothing,mom. Nothing. Nothing at all. I'm innocent and completely crime-free! I am not doing anything illegal or hurtful!" She blinked,then laughed. "Well,get ready for dinner! It's almost done!" I nodded. "Ok!" I sat down on my bed and sighed. "This is gonna be tough...."

Melissa

I watched as my mother pulled away from my grandmother's house and down the road back home. (It's a six-to-seven minute drive from my grandmother's house to my home.) "Hello,honey!" My granny cheered,placing dog food down for her two Poodles; Rusty and Gizmo. (Named that for the way his tail flicks back and forth.) "Hi,granny." I waved,sitting down in her red chair and turning on the TV. She smiled and went back to her room and got on her computer. "Soon,she'll go to bed,I'll wait an hour or two,then,I'll call Leon." I sighed and glanced over at her microwave clock. "Only Nine-Thirty?" I whispered,turning the channal to iCarly. "Then,it's going to be awhile. She doesn't go to bed until eleven..."

Sarah

"Good grief..." I cursed,holding onto my stomach. Zexion and Kadaj chuckled as I groaned. "What's the matter?" Zach asked. I turned. "My Mother's chicken. It's so...filling..." I turned and walked back to my room,then laid down on my bed. "I wish time would go faster..I need to get outta here!"

A couple of hours went by and my dad went to sleep,but my mom stayed up on the computer. I then snuck and grabbed a few supplies,packing a bag,then slowly opened my window and saw Loz and Yazoo below. I then dropped down and they caught me. Tifa closed the window and ran downstairs,running to us. I sighed and started walking. "Oh,boy..."

Melissa

I put the Coke can I was drinking from onto the kitchen counter. I walked slowly over to my granny's door and listened. Soft snoring; Good. I tip-toed back to the guest room and made the extra pillows look like my body underneath the heavy blankets. "That should do it." I confidentally mumbled. "Melissa?" Genesis whispered,rising off the couch as I walked back into the living room with my back-pack. "Are you going to be okay?" I nodded. "Yeah." He smiled and patted my head. I flicked the channel to Cartoon Network,which is what I usually watch on Saturday nights,turned down the volume and made it look like I had been in the living room for awhile and I also hid the remote. "Why?" Genesis asked. "So it'll look like I forgot it and it'll give granny an explaination. I usually fall asleep on the couch,but if I set up the fake me on the couch,then the dogs can jump onto it and ruin it." He mouthed an okay,then smiled. "You're so smart." "Well,it comes with practice." "Practice? What do you..." "Never mind!" I quietly hissed,packing some cheese-and-ham sandwhiches into my bag,along with some water bottles. I quickly dressed out of my clothes and changed into some more comfortable bearings; A Black tank-top,black skinny jeans,black boots and I plopped a black-and-red-plaid hat on my head. "Let's go." I whispered,quietly closing the door after me and running down the wooden porch steps,where Genesis's motorcycle was awaiting us. "I didn't know you had your own motorcycle,Genesis!" I exclaimed,happy to be not whispering. He chuckled and whistled loudly and soon,we were driving,with the others behind us. "VIRGINIA,HERE WE COME!" I shouted,as we headed down the high-way.

Sarah

I stood,it was cold. I laid down on the concrete and stared at the night sky. "I wonder how long it's going to take her to find me..." I whispered. Donald and Riku walked and laid down beside me. "Sarah..." Riku said. "Where are we going to go?" I suddenly gasped and stood up,gaping. "You mean to tell me we've planned this entire death mission and you guys didn't bother to tell me that you have no clue on where we're going???" Cloud scratched his head. "We were hoping you would tell us.." I gawked. "WHAT?!?"

Melissa

Genesis was at the wheel. He had been for the past four days. We had to take several breaks per day; At least three! I had just opened my eyes when the; Welcome to Virginia! Sign whizzed by us at fifty miles an hour. "Genesis...?" I mumbled,gripping him tighter. "...When we gonna be there..?" "Soon." He replied,speeding up. "I hope so..." I mumbled,drifting back to sleep.

I heard Genesis park the motorcycle. I heard some squealing and yelling; It reminded me of my granny's family reunion. I felt someone hug me,but I was too darn tired to care. I quickly drifted back to sleep as the mysterious hugger squeezed me tightly.

Sarah

"WAKE UP,YOU BIG OAF!!!" I screamed in her ear. But she didn't wake up. I growled and ran over to the ice that was on the ground,scooped up a chunk,walked back to her and slid it down her shirt. She screamed and squirmed around on the ground. "COLD!!! COLD!!!!!" I cracking up,laughing.

Melissa

After I finally got the ice to melt,I stared at the girl who did it; She was laughing like mad! Angry,I grabbed her arm and quickly flicked her forehead. "HEY!" She yelped,rubbing the spot I flicked. "Why'd you throw ice down my shirt,YOU IDIOT?!" I yelled. Genesis quickly grabbed my shoulders and turned me to him. "MELISSA,Melissa! Calm down,this is Sarah!" Well if that didn't calm me down,nothing would have. "Sarah?" I repeated,staring. No hands could keep me away! I ran and hugged her very tightly. "SAARRAAHHH!!!"

Sarah

"Is it really that hard to believe,Melissa?!? Why else would I slide ice down your shirt to get your attention?!?" We hugged tighter. "Now.." I said,pushing her away. "I think we should get things straight with THESE big oafs!" I looked over at Cloud and Leon,who were side-by-side. I crossed my arms. "Start talking,you fiends!!"

Chapter 2~Sarah and Melissa

Melissa

I eagerly looked around for some chocolate milk mini-jugs. I grabbed one in one hand and a bag of 99 cent potato chips with my other. Then,I quickly ducked behind the Hot-Dog cart and waited for Leon. Rather than Leon approaching,first it was,whom I assumed to be,Rude. "Hello." He said,coldly,bending down to my eye-level. "Um,hey!" I replied,adding a quick wave. The man with the red mullet bent down next to 'Rude' and sighed. "Yo,I'm Reno and this is my partner,Rude." "Um..." I blinked. "....Yo?" Reno burst out into a wide grin. "You're Melissa,right?" I nodded and saw Leon approaching. "Reno,Rude,let's meet Melissa back at her home. It's too crowded here and too many people will think of her oddly." They all nodded and started to head out. I saw Yuffie waving from their white van. I sighed. "This is going to be one heck of an adventure."

Sarah

Once we got home,I sped like the wind to my computer and composed a new message. I took off my jacket and typed; "RuthRose". I then told her everything. And I sent it. "C'MON!! C'MON! PLEASE REPLY,MELISSA!!" "Why are you shouting?" I gasped and swung around to see everyone there. I held onto my heart. "Don't SCARE me like that!" I sat down. "You really should get a drink..." Zexion murmured. I smiled. "Yeah,Yeah,I should." I sipped my pepsi,then spit it out. "EWW! FLAT!" I wiped,then threw it in my trashcan. "GAH!" I exclaimed. "Why is it taking her so long?!?"

Melissa

I sat on the family computer,ready to type Sarah. "Hmm..." I mumbled,logging onto my E-mail address. "...I wonder if she'll believe me." Just as I was about to type my password on HSB,my mother called me into the kitchen. "Yes,ma'am?" I asked,glancing at the tower of dirty dishes. "Do the dishes,then you can get back on." I groaned and hung my head. "Yes,ma'am."
It took me a good fifteen minutes before the dishes were finished and then,I had to sweep the floor and wipe the counter and stove's top. All in all,a good twenty-five minutes were gone before I managed to sit back down onto the chair infront of the computer. I sighed as I saw a new message from Sarah waiting for me. I opened it and blinked. "HUH?!" With speedy fingers,I replied.

Sarah

I walked back and forth when I saw that there was a new message. I gasped and sat down. "MELISSA!!!!" I yelled. I quickly replied. And then; "Sarah! Come take care of Molly!" I growled. "UGH!!!" I ran like the wind to take care of the dog and ran back upstairs.

When I came back,I saw that everyone was looking at my messages. I gawked. "GUYS!" They quickly jumped away. "IT WASN'T ME!!" Loz cried. I sighed and ran to the seat.

Melissa

I couldn't believe my brown eyes with each message; The same things were happening to her AND me? Well,Leon DID say that Sarah would be involved,too....Reno leaned over my shoulder. "Tell 'er that I said 'ello!" He chuckled as I pushed him away. "Nosy!" I scolded,giving him a noogie before replying to Sarah again.

Sarah

I then had a thought come up. I smiled. "Melissa,we should meet up!" And I sent the message.

Cloud pat my shoulder. "You know it will never happen with you two's parents." I nodded. "Yeah,I know.." I then sprung up. "Which is why we have you guys!" Tifa sighed. "Sarah,it's just too risky." I waved a hand. "Aww,pish posh! It'll be smooth!"

Melissa

I stared at the message that Sarah sent me. "Meet up?! IS SHE CRAZY?!?" I paced back and forth quickly,my hands clenched up in my curly hair. "In case she hasn't noticed,I'M ALMOST HALF-WAY ACROSS THE USA FROM HER!!!!" I replied to her,quickly,saying; "Just how are we supposed to do THAT?"

Sarah

"Nooo...you remember? I am in Virginia and you are in Georgia! It can happen! AND we'll use the characters!" I sent it. Yazoo shook his head. "I see a fight beginning." I rolled my eyes.

Melissa

I sighed and rubbed my eyes. "Oh,man. Mom's not gonna go along with this...." "Why not?!" Yuffie exclaimed,placing her hands on her hips and frowning. "I don't know why!" I shook my head. "That's just the person she is." I typed back to Sarah. "Look,we're gonna have to come up with a plan; My mom's not easy to win over!" As soon as I typed that to her,I felt a tap on my shoulder. I turned around and squealed. "GENESIS!!!"

Sarah

"Melissa,we can just sneak out! Whatta ya say?" I waited a few minutes,then looked back at the Characters. Kadaj looked up at me and noticed I was staring at him,shyly. "What?" He asked,innocently. I smiled. "Nothing..."

Melissa

As I typed to Sarah,Genesis wrapped his arms around my neck. "It's so nice to finally meet you,Melissa." He smiled. I blushed,slightly and continued to type to Sarah. "Sneak out?" I read aloud. "And meet where?" I asked her.

Sarah

I bit my lip. "Umm...ah. I know. How about in the theater parking lot of my area? Find out where it is at!"

Melissa

I sighed and replied. "Okay,I'll try to find it." Genesis chuckled. "You sure are devoted to your friend,Sarah,aren't you,Melissa?" I nodded. "Yeah,she's my bestfriend!" If he smiled,I couldn't tell.

Sarah

"You got it?" I asked. She replied; "Yeah. Here it is.." She read to me the exact directions when I replied my approval. I then sent another message. "Melissa...let's do it tonight."

Chapter 1~Sarah

I,you see,have been VERY obsessed with Final Fantasy and Kingdom Hearts for a long time. Well,I was walking in the store one day,minding my own business,when I suddenly caught a glance of a man in a black coat. I rubbed my eyes and my heart was pounding. I had dreams that had me meeting Characters. It was a little hard to NOT ignore it happening in real life. I felt a tap on my shoulder and BAM! There was Cloud Strife right behind me.I gawked and stared at him. "GAH!!!!!!!!!" I ran in circles and people stared. "TELL ME IT ISN'T A DREAM!!!!!!!!!! DON'T WAKE UP,YOU!!!!! NEVER!!!! NEVER!" I ran to hug him. "What do you need of me,my friend???" He blinked and knelt a little. (For I am almost 15 and I am not that short) "Are you Sarah?" I gasped. "YES!" He pat my shoulder. "I need your help. WE need your help." I then looked around and noticed that others were around me. I screamed. "NO WAY!!!" Cloud chuckled. "Sarah..." He said,smoothly. I looked at him and nodded. He breathed. "Can you help?" ~~~ "Aww,but why can't they see you?" I asked. Cloud shook his head. "Only you and Melissa. Because in this world...it takes time..." He moved his hands around,looking for some sort of explaination. I sighed and stared at him. "You don't know,do you?" He sighed. "No. I don't." I shook my head when suddenly,my mom and dad ran to my side. "SARAH!!" My mom exclaimed,pulling me close and hugging me. "DON'T EVER DO THAT AGAIN!!!" I groaned and pushed away. "Mom! Dad! You know that talk we had? You know,if I ever saw something that you couldn't,that you would believe me anyway?" They blinked,then nodded. "Well..." I crossed my arms. "I have just been confronted by Cloud and the gang!"
