You cannot see through blinded eyes
through smoke until it clears
The water never looks that deep
until you're half way in
Love is blind and never fades
but broken hearts last longer
Time cannot heal every wound
And hate is always stronger
Promises are rarely kept
when truth's not worth the cost
Somethings are better left unsaid
Some memories better lost

are all your poems so sad?? you sound like you live a really sad life, is your life really that sad?? You write really good poetry, and you should definately consider publishing.. but just reading it made me feel gloomy. Its awesome poetry, and it sounds like its coming from your heart, but its hard to tell if its just for looks. Sometimes it is.. sometimes its not. I write poetry too, although it isn't as good as yours, but alot more cheerfull. But, if sad poems work for you, you should write sad poems I guess.
