Not much has happened in my life the past couple of days.  I've just been a lazy bum watching movies all weekend.  This is my last week of school in the year of 2007, which now that I think of it, sounds very depressing, but i always love the last week of school before Christmas.  My mom and I always do fun stuff.  We aren't doing any actual school work, we're doing crafts, baking, and reading books.  This year we're making a gingerbread house.  I'm SO EXCITED!

I'm going to get ready to go to the grocery store to get the ginger bread stuff with my mom.  I'll try to post pictures later =]

I've been elfed!

Christmas is only 20 days away!!! So happy!

Yesterday i had dance, is was fun, but very tiring!  Tonight i have my solo then i teach.  I could really use an energy drink of some sort! lol

Fun Weekend!

This weekend i went to a basketball game with my friend megan.  It was soo fun, i might post pictures soon. I also saw Enchanted with 3 friends from dance.  After the movie, we went to chipotle and coldstone. yeah i deffently gained like 5 pounds lol.

Anyway, today has basically been dead boring.  I've been sitting on my butt all day and im starting to get a head ache so i'll write later

Exciting stuff...

Hey! So heres the D.L. (down low) Erin and i have been working on this website on free webs.  For some reason HSB wont let me repost a code. It's confusing i know, but good news.  You can access my layouts at our site.  Erin's making them too, and it's just going to be amazing! so come and visit.  The site is new so there isn't much there, but keep check.
There will be shoulife/myspace lays, HSB templates, and other awesome things!

Getting Back into things!

Hey!  Sorry i haven't written in a few days.  There wasn't much to write about.  Todays been pretty swell.  School started back up again as well as dance.  My brain is finding hard to settle back into things lol.

Dance was super fun tonight!  1st was Pointe.  We did a quick barre warm up, then worked on our dance.  2nd was modern.  In this class we added onto our Competition dance and somehow ended up looking like four huge centipedes.
3rd was ballet.  Kinda boring, but fun.  We added onto our dance and all that fun stuff
4th was hip-hop =]! i love this class soooo much and it's basically just amazing!!!  We added onto our dance and acted completely silly!!!


Anywhooo...this weekend is totally booked.  Friday im going to a b-ball game with my friend megan (the one i went the the christmas festival with).  Saturday i'm going to see a movie with two friends from dance...Jen and Rachael!! im supper excited

well im gonna go decorate for christmas...tah tah for now!

sick

uhhhhhhhh! i'm sick today so this entry might be short.
yesterday i went to a christmas tree festival with my friend megan, her sister, her parents, and my parents. 
It was funny, we were walking through the rows of trees, and this guy gets right in front of my face and starts yelling something at me!  I had no idea what the heck was going on.  But we later found out that there was something wrong with him, so then i felt bad about laughing at the situation.

Oh by the way, i have been having issues with the hsb html code.  There seems to be a problem with trackbacks.  I'm going to try and figure it out, but until then i'll start with AIM profiles!
They should be done in a few days!!

Hey everyone!
i'm incredibly relaxed right now!  Yesterday was fun, but very insane.  I was siting in my livingroom last night after all our guests left, thinking about how christmas is only like a month away.  The time is going to FLYYYY!

so im not feeling very creative in my writing today....maybe i'll write later?

YAY for the Turkey!

Happy Turkey Day!!!!

Okay, so today is crazy so far, my whole family has been running around the house like turkeys with their heads chopped off (hee hee) cleaning and cooking.  Everything seems to be done right now, so i figured i'd write an entry.  My family is coming over around 2ish, and its around a quarter after noon at the moment, so we have some time to relax.
Just now i looked out my window and i see huge snowflakes flying everywhere. Just for the record, it's the first time it's snowed this big here and im quite excited about it!
MMmmm! that turkey smells so good, all my sympathy for the creature is gone now that the aroma pleases my nose. 
Whats your favorite part of thanksgiving?? My favorite is when me, my mom, and my grammy all sit at the dinning room table and make christmas cards.  It's so fun!
As of now, i have not eaten anything yet, i'm starving, but im saving my hunger for the turkey!
I hope you all have a great Thanksgiving!

P.S. thanks to all of you who commented me! When i logged on today i found that i had gotten 6 comments since i had last checked.  You guys rock!

Random stuff!

Hey all!  i'm tierd so i'll keep this short.
today was a fun day....3/4 of it was spent by me and my mom running around trying to find christmas scrapbooking stuff.  The goal was to get enough stuff to make christmas cards with out spending a fortune.  We stayed in our budget, but it was sooo hard to find christmas scrapbooking stuff!  Seriously, we went to three craft stores until we finally found stuff we could work with.
The last quarter of my day was spent cooking. My mom made me clean the turkey and take out the little bag of it's insides out.  let me describe in one word how that went...EWWWWWWW! absolutely gross.  I felt so bad for the poor turkey, i mean, yeah it's already been dead for a while so theres not much i can do about it, but gosh!
I helped her make the pies and stuff as well.  We have a small family so we don't have to fuss that much.

anyway, it's hard to keep my eyes open without toothpicks so i guess i'll write later

Fun Stuff!

Okay so i was extreamely bored last night.  All of a sudden i thought to myself "brittany, why don't you make some fancy schmancy layouts for homeschoolblogger?" so here i am!
I made one and i'm hoping this will work!  All you have to do is copy the code below the picture of the layout you want...then you go to where you edit your template.  Clear it completely, then paste the code (that you previously copied) into the now clean box, and you should be set! I test out all the layouts i make so they should work perfectly...if they dont, then let me know and i'll fix it!
P.S! if you use one of my layouts i ask that you leave me a comment telling me what layout you're using

PS...i'm having problems with the code so unfortunately i cannot post the code right now,  It should be fixed soon!

A little about me...

    Heyy all! the name is brittany but you can call me whatever you want.  Im a dorky sophomore in highschool who is obsessed with the movie Hairspray.  I'm 15 years young (yes young) and i love to have a good time.
I'm a very loyal friend, i'll stick by you no matter what!  I guess you could say that i'm a social butterfly, which strangely enough, some people think is weird since i'm "homeschooled". 

        Now for  my interests. 
  1. dance is number one always! it has been since i started with tap when i was 6.  I now take everything my studio offers (except for gymnastics, which ironically im stuck assisting) My favorite? hmmmm thats a tough question...i'd have to say tap. I've been doing tap the longest so it definitely takes the gold!
  2. Along with taking dance classes, i also assistant teach dance classes (for those of you that don't know what that means, it means that i help the "main" teachers with their classes).  I dont get pocket money from it, but i do get money off my tuition which is a plus!
  3. I like to write, i dont do if very often outside of school, but i will occasionally pick up a notebook or my laptop and start jotting down words, half my things probably sound crappy, but hey, thats how you learn right?
  4. I like photography an awful lot!  My dad says i have "the gift"....you know, the thing where some people can look at a rock, say ew, then take the picture.  then some people will look at a rock and say cool! and take a picture.  Okay! that probably makes no sence lol!
  5. I like to make my own jewelry too! If you're my friend and it's your b-day expect earrings!
  6. Cooking is fun!
  7. HAIRSPRAYYYY!!!!
  8. Okay im going to let you all in on my deepest darkest secret.....i dream about zac effron every night!
  9. Friends are ah-may-zing! (yes thats right, my super spelling skills!)

Okay so im pretty sure i forgot some stuff, but if you want to know anything else about me ask me in a comment!
