It's just amazing how much time I seem to find when I decide to step away from the computer more often.

Back on Tuesday, September 26, I posted a Tuesday Ten regarding what I'd do if I had more time. I am pleased to announce that I have completed #1 - my recipe book is now organized and looking good.

I just read your to do if you had more time list. Here is a recipe for bread that I use.

1 egg
1 cup warm water
1 1/2 cups wheat flour
2 cups white flour
2 T butter
1 tsp salt
1 T yeast

I put all this in a bread machine and use the dough cycle. Makes 2 loaves.

I just use store bought flour. Maybe someday I'll tackle grinding by own but.... I'm not there yet.
