Grind 1/2 c. oatmeal in blender

Add 2 t. honey, 1/4 t. + 1/8 t. salt, 3/4 c. flour, 1/4 t. baking soda

Cut in 1/4 c. butter

Add 4 T. buttermilk

Roll very thin. Cut with cookie cutters.

Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 min.
