Pumpkin Pie Pudding

This is like Pumpkin Pie without the crust. :)

 

15 oz. can solid pack pumpkin

12 oz. can evaporated milk

3/4 c. sugar

1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix

2 eggs; beaten

2 T. melted butter

2 1/2 t. pumpkin pie spice

 

In a large bowl mix together all ingredients. Transfer to crockpot coated with non-stick cooking spray. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours (I actually only did 5 hrs.) Serve garnished with whipped cream.

thanks! My DH loves pumpkin pie. But with our food allergies, he's the only one in our family who can eat it, and making the crust is such a mess I worry about the potential exposure for everyone else. But this looks perfect! He'll be so thrilled to have a Pumpkin dessert for thanksgiving!
