Le Terrain de jeux est un site Web éducatif interactif qui offre aux enfants une panoplie de jeux de français amusants portant, entre autres, sur l’Afrique et Haïti. Il est financé, entre autres, par Francommunautés virtuelles et Industrie Canada et est présenté par la Fondation Paul Guérin-Lajoie. Chaque année, un « livre de jeux virtuels » est publié. Les jeux sont classés par niveau scolaire (de la maternelle à la 8e année) et inclus des mots croisés, des anagrammes, des devinettes, des jeux de mots, de déduction, d’association ou de catégorisation. Les jeux sont attrayants et fonctionnent avec le plugiciel Flash. Présentement, il y a les livres pour 2004, 2005 et 2006 qui sont en ligne. Les jeux font appel aux connaissances de la langue, des arts et de la musique. Un bon moyen de faire « jouer » vos élèves tout en leur permettant d'apprendre.
