New Motivational Trick

Tonight, I stumbled on a new motivation tool:  shopping.  Yes.  Shopping for women's CLOTHING.  It was horrifying.  And now I know what to do if ever I feel like hitting that Starbuck's Window for a Venti Caramel Macchiato with a cinnamon chip scone.  (That splashing sound you just heard was the drool hitting the glass on top of my desk...)

 

Exercise Today:  30 minutes on the exercise bike.

was excellent. I need to remind myself how horrible I feel when I find my stand by size x is no longer big enough and use that as a motivation to stay on track, rather than saying "see, I'll always be fat" and then saying "hang it all, I'm eating chips".

Pretty sure I have officially entered "never weighed *this* much" territory now. Still 11 weeks to go until my due date. I need to try a little harder at watching what goes in my mouth.
