Dec. 2, 2005 - The Moore Formula???

I am not sure who told me to read their books but I have started one of them and now I have tons of questions.  Like, what exactly is the Moore formula, is it something your buy or more of a style of home education???  Does anyone out there utilize this mysterious formula?  Do you really have such high levels of success such as the Moores claim to have had??  Maybe my kids are must too average, but I can't see them coming up with their own home business and running it.  Raking the leaves becomes a chore to them at times.  When left to their own devices, they play all day, they dont' sit and 'do math' or read some ancient history book and then starve to know more.  But this is how I am understanding the Moore approach, that if I leave my kids be and just provide them with good educational materials they will learn.  Hmm, what am I doing wrong??  Anyone???
