Dec. 15, 2005 - T Lazy Day!!

Wow, I had such good intentions!  We were going to do school everyday this week and take off the next two weeks, but we just can't seem to get it together.  I spent all morning in the basement playing/rough housing with my boys!  They made a swing out of an old sheet, attached it to the steel rafter and I actually got into it and let them push me!!  It was fun!!  I laughed like I haven't laughed in ages!!  Then we played around on a computer game and now I am typing up here and they are still going  at it in the basement.  Getting along!!  No fussing over silly stuff!!  I guess that is the glory of home schooling, you can really go with the flow and actually enjoy your kids, things can wait!!  Life is way too short to worry about weather or not we got all our math done today.  I guess school can wait until January.  I hope all of you out there take some time today to play with your kids, isn't that what it's all about!!
