Sugar Free

Today is day 1 of trying to give up sugar, again. The first few days are so hard for me, but I know if I can make it through the first 4-5 days I will feel so much better. I haven't had any coffee today and, so far, so good. No headache, yet. Praying I wont get one this time.

I'd love to hear more about your Sugar-free diet. I have just recently taken an interest in some diet modifications for my son so I'll be stoping back to hear how things are going for you. I pray in Jesus name that there will be no horrible withdrawls and that you will be energized and strengthed.

Blessings,
Theresa

I haven't gone completely, but am way down from what I used to eat, cut out most of the sodas (ok, the past 2 days had some though), makes ya feel better after you get through the first few days. Keep it up!!! how's the movin' thing looking? is your dh getting a new job or something? I hate moving, ok hate is an ugly word.....I severly dislike moving:-)

Thank you both for the encouragement! I am not really following a diet, but am trying to cut sugar, processed foods and white flour, white sugar and the such. I did excellent Monday and today is so, so.

We aren't sure still on the moving part. DH is looking for work, but we have no idea if we will go or not. I do have a real esate lady coming tomorrow and we will decide after that, I guess. Everything is just kind of hanging in the air. I feel so unsettled. Thanks for asking and for visiting my blog again! :-)

May 16, 2006 - 18 Weeks

I recently finished treatment with my holistic doctor. During the treatment I could have no sugar of any kind. That was 18 weeks! It was a little hard to begin with but it did not take long to get adjusted. Once I completed the yeast diet (see the link on my side bar) It was much easier to completely give up the sugar and bread. I have add a little here and there to my diet but always end up with a head ache or just not feeling well. I am striving to not return to my old eating habits.
