We planted a pretty good size garden this year and my oldest, who is 17, took over most of the care of it. We have been enjoying lettuce, tomatoes, cukes, zuchini, onions, peppers and corn this summer. Here is what she pulled from the garden today:

I think she did great for her first try at gardening!

What an abundance! We plant a garden every year too but this year it flopped :( Anyway, great to have you blogging! I love it my blog and I hope you enjoy yours too. What a great family!

Sure, come on over Lynn! There is plenty of room :-) We call it a porch too. Its screened and has a set of french doors that enter into the living room and a door that goes out to where the kids play area is. We love it!
