School

Did anyone start school yet? We have our books ready and fresh pencils. I love new pencils. What do you love about starting school? I also like history a lot. I am not real good in math!!! We do Professor B for math. I think my favorite subject is English. I LOVE English. I am in 6th grade this year. Last year we did astronomy and it was really fun!!!!! This year we are going to Botany. This year we are doing English, Bible, Math and we do a lot of reading each year so we do not do History books, then there is Art and when I read a book I like to find on the map where it takes place. I LOVE SCHOOL!!!!!!!!!

Hi everyone!!!! We have been real busy lately! Adah Mae ( my little sister ) had a birthday party. Our friends came over and we played in our swimming pool and jumped on our big trampoline. It was pretty fun! Then we went to Kennywood. My cousins came with us and we rode a lot of stuff, like the pirate ship
( a ride that goes almost upside down!) and roller coasters and stuff. We had fun there too! We are going to get this bird called a Conure that likes to go on bike rides, take showers and scream unless someone lets him ride on there shoulders. They are kinda like a parrot but smaller and green. It is going to be fun to play with!!!! My birthday is in a month. I am going to be twelve years old!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want a Pirates of the Carribean theme for my party. I would like it to be a pool / slumber party depending on how warm it is for the pool. Pirates of the Carribean is my favorite movie. What I want for my birthday is : Pirates of the Carribean 1,2, or 3, Pirates of the Carribean camera, clothes, notebooks, pens, Royal Diares books, and sewing stuff. Today Mom and Dad gave me my first present, which is a $100 sewing machine!!!! Well, bye for now!!

July Updates

Sorry I have not been writing lately. Well, I will tell you what has been going on lately.

They had a Summer Reading Program at the library. Bekah, Jake and I did the program. Whoever read the most books got a big prize. Guess who won? ME!!!!! They had a raffle and me and Bekah got prizes and so did other kids. I got a spy kit with a Atlas, BIG spyglass, (you can't forget the food!!) a mouse book, 2 packs of crackers, and 2 lollipops. I read 85 books!!! Becca read 35, and Jacob wasn't there for the rest of the program and I will tell you why.

Jacob left for New Jersey about a week ago. I miss him. I can't wait for him to come home!!! He comes home in about 2 weeks.

I am babysitting Miss Danielle's guinea pigs. To tell the truth, they are really fat!!!!!!

We got 2 iguanas. Iguanas get to be about 6 and half feet long. We got babies. They were little. First Fluffy died (the first iguana), then Spike (2nd Iguana) died a few days after.

Hello! Monday was Jacob's birthday!!! He turned 9!!! Do you know what he got for his birthday? Give up? I will tell you. He got a bow and arrows!!! He also got a target to practice. My Mommy made his birthday cake. It was an ice cream cake. It said Happy Birthday Jacob on it. It was really good!!! And I got him a cowboy hat. He loved his birthday. I think most of it was that he didn't have to help clean up and he didn't have to do his chores and babysit his baby brother. LOL Although, I didn't watch him shoot his arrows. Turkeys, Braces and other things this week

Hello Everybody!

I will tell you about my week.

Yesterday Mommy and I went to the Orthodontist for my braces. On our way there, on the back road, we saw a flock of turkeys!!! There were two males and a whole bunch of females. The two males fanned out their back tail feathers!!!! My Mommy and I had never seen this in real life!

We went to the Orthodontist and after that we went to the restaurant! I got a Boca burger (veggie burger) and a chocolate icecream cone.

Tagged!!

1. Hardback or trade paperback or mass market paperback

I would pick Hardback because they last longer.

2. Barnes & Nobels or Borders?

I have not ever heard of them.

3. Bookmark or Dogear?

I would pick bookmark. Although to tell the truth, I usually just pick up anything close to me!!

4. Alphabetize by author or alphabetize by title or random?

I would Alphabetize by title but my Mommy does that!!!

5. Keep, throw away, or sell?

It depends!!! If it is to old, yucky,etc. We would put it in the dumpster, Salvation Army, Goodwill, burn it,etc. If it is in very good shape but we do not agree with it or don't need it, etc. would sell it on Ebay. If Mom would agree to keep it we would keep it!

6. Keep dust jacket or toss it?

Sure! I would keep them!

7. Short story or novel?

I would rather read a long, good book than a short one.

8. Collection (short stories by same author) or anthology (short stories by different authors)?

I would rather read the collection of books.

9. Harry Potter or Lemony Snicket?

I do not know what Lemony Snicket is and I DO NOT recommend Harry Potter. Harry Potter is witchcraft harlot type of book! Fit for Satan to read!!!!!!

10. Stop reading when tired or at chapter breaks.

I have to make myself put the book down when I am tired!!!!! I have a hard time putting the book down in the middle of chapters!!!!!

11. "It was a dark and stormy night..." or "Once upon a time..."

I would not pick either. That is why I stopped reading Nancy Drew books because they scared me to death to go up the stairs to get to my bedroom! And when I went out of bed into the dark room I thought that there was something under the bed! I immediatly stopped reading them. And "Once upon a time", I would not do that either because at the end they alway's say " And they lived happily ever after" which is not true because nobody can live happily ever after.

12. Buy or borrow?

I would rather buy because you do not have to worry about getting it back to the person.

13. New or used?

Used.

14. Buying choice: book reviews, recommendation or browse?

Do not know. I do not even know what half of them mean!!!!

15. Tidy ending or cliffhanger?

I would pick tidy ending. I HATE cliffhangers!!!!

I read book's at night time and read my Bible in bed.

It depends!

How is everybody doing? I was at home with Miss Danielle. My aunt just started her blog. My Mom and Dad went to New Jersey because my Dad just bought a truck that is in New Jersey. They were back really late at night! I hope you are all doing well! Well, gotta go! Bye

Hermit Crabs

Hello! We just got Hermit Crabs! I named mine Mr. Crabs. I named him Mr. Crabs after Spongebob Squarepants. My little sister Bekah, named hers Cinderella. My other little sister named hers Princess. Mr. Crabs has a purple shell,Cinderella has a pink shell and Princess has a green and white shell. When my dad was a kid he buried his Hermit Crab because he thought it was dead. Later, he was reading a book about Hermit Crabs. He found out he had buried his Hermit Krab when it was molting! LOL Did anyone open their presents yet? Me and my siblings got to open 1 of are presents. We each get to open 3 presents. I got The Sound of Music!!! I really wanted that movie to. Well, that's it for now!

Puppy!

Hello! I am going to answer DanielleW's question. We got the puppy about a week ago. My DF was driving down the road, when he had to stop because there were four Pittbulls in the middle of the road. My DF got out of the truck and picked up one of the puppies and the rest went into the woods. So, my DF brought home a puppy! Here are some pictures!!!!
