Maple Syrup update

Not much to say yet. The sap has hardly run this week so we have yet to actually collect anything and cook it down. Perhaps the upcoming week will be better.

That is kind of exciting even if it is slow going. We have a maple tree on our property as well but it is a Northern Maple, not a sugar maple.
