• Aug. 10, 2008 - Did you hear the screaming?

Did any of you hear the screaming on Friday afternoon? It was sure loud enough! Adelle was walking on the brick wall in our yard and she lost her balance and fell off the wall into the neighbor's rose bush. At least the screaming this time was justified. Joel, the ever patient and caring one (no wonder she likes him better) rescued her and pulled the thorns out. She has scratches on both legs and limped around for a day but appears to have survived. I wasn't sure that I was going to survive the hours of whiney crying that went on after the fall. Am I the worst mother ever? It is a good thing Joel was home. I am not as sympathetic as him.

Hahahahaha I seriously laughed out loud to your reaction. I'm afraid I'm going to be the same way and my kids are going to like Jimmy more because he's more patient. There must be something in the Dahle genes that breeds impatience.
