Rasberry Cobbler
                                         Rasberry cobbler

This is a recipe that we made last night using frozen rasberries we picked last summer.  You can use any kind of frozen fruit you like.     It was the best!

Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter (melted)

2 cups berries mixed with 1 cup sugar and 1 and 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch

batter -  1 cup sugar
                 3/4 cup flour
                 1 Tbsp. baking powder
                 1/4 tsp. salt
                 3/4 cup milk

Place melted butter on the bottom of a baking pan.  Pour batter on butter.  Add fruit mixture.  Bake on 350 degrees for about one hour.
The batter makes it's own crust by rising over the fruit ~ pretty cool!!
