Well, after praying about blogging choices I've decided to have two blogs. I need to keep this blog active, as it has become a place for me to dialogue about life and faith. It's interesting because in the almost two years that I've had this blog, and the months prior to that on the Caringbridge web page, I've felt that God has taught me about life and Him through the words on these pages. Many times I have sat down confused, scared, sad, or angry only to leave the computer later feeling refreshed. In fact, I've had to re-read some of my blogs to myself reminding me to surrender! This blog has a special place in my heart as it is a written record of God's faithfulness. I am excited to keep journaling about my heart and relationship with the Lord.
My new blog is going to be more of the typical homeschooling blog. I plan on journaling about daily life, but with the added element of living intentionally and finding joy. As I've stated on that blog, it will be a journey, one that I hope you will join with me. That blog is titled www.homeschoolblogger.com/thejoyinlife
Will you pray with me this week as well? A friend of mine from the MOMYS group that I am a part of lost her seven month old daughter Emily on Sunday. My heart aches for her. Please keep her family in your prayers. You can read about her here. www.homeschoolblogger.com/raisingarrows. She is an excellent blogger. Many of her posts are so insightful and worth sitting down with a cup of tea reading.
I knew birthdays had new beginnings, but a new blog...wow!
Blessings,
