Now what was that username and password?

Do you have different usernames and passwords for many different websites? I do! I can’t remember them all and sometimes my computer doesn’t save them for me. I’m always afraid of a computer crash so I wanted a hard copy of them. I use index cards and a cardfile box. I write the name of the website, the website address, username, password, and whatever else might be important on the card and file it alphabetically. I even have my bank and credit card info in the box for online shopping! I keep it by my computer. Works for me!

Great idea! I actually use the same password for all non-secure sites where I don't have to worry. But regarding places I want to keep safe, like my Paypal account, I make something more unusual. It is really helpful to have a hard copy--especially for places you hardly ever visit!
