Geh, another dumb night at youth group (why do I even go anymore?). Here's what we did: 5 volunteers were picked. Then, those 5 people had to choose 3 people that they trusted. That was annoying, cause one of my (once-upon-a-time) friends chose my best friend (shadeslayer13) instead of me. >,< So I eventually ended up on a girl's team. Then, we (the trusted/force-chosen people) had to turn our leader (one of the volunteers) into a turkey. (???) We had:
Streamers (red and orange)
Feathers (black, blue, green, yellow, red, etc.)
Tape
Toilet Paper
and
1 Pantyhose (?) per volunteer
Our 'turkey' came in 3rd, and it was a pretty stewpid game.
Here comes the painful part:
When we (shadeslayer13 and I) were waiting for my mom to finish choir practice, we decided to join in a game of football. We were playing 2 hand tag. Then, John Micheal (a 14-15 year old guy who's -really- fast) decides to make it all of us (Me, shadeslayer, Andrew, Racheal, Haley, William, and Charles) against him. The 2 girls (Haley and Racheal) decided to be on his team. Now, after 2 or 3 touchdowns, William gives me the ball (I'm the only one open). I start running, and out of nowhere John Micheal comes running. He slams me from behind (here's me, thinking it was tag o_O), and crushes me to the ground. (I personally think my right leg was disconnected or something equally painful) I try to stand up, and my right leg's all shaky. I have to sit down, and rest before I could get up. And they're all asking me if I'm OK, and stuff. (I kept saying "Not really." lol) Now, my right leg hurts if I walk on it, unless I apply preasure with my hand at the very top of it. And my knee hurts. So I'm pretty much immobile for the time being. :( Please pray that I'll recover soon. (I hope it's not permanent.)
