Tonight we had youth group. It was a little different because we didn't have Andrew teaching. We had a parent teaching, and it started out with him letting us guess what we were going to talk about. Everything we guessed he yelled "NO!" until someone said anger. =P He said he gave us a hint. So we talked about anger and stuff, and then we played a game. 2 games actually. The 1st was where we were separated into 2 teams. Each team had a volunteer. That volunteer had their waste taped all the way around, with the sticky side out, and got a little recorder (flute like thingie). We then had to blow up a balloon. We were then blind folded, one at a time, and had to go over to where he was and put our balloon on the tape. He then blew the recorder to tell us it had stuck. We won by getting all of our balloons on first. Then the parent said we could pop them if we wanted to.
Thus ensued a lot of kicking our volunteer to pop the balloons.
Then we played a game where there were 2 chairs. It was an act it out game and basically, 2 people were on the chairs, one from each team. They had to act out some little scene. And anybody could switch with either of them. All the girls said were things like "Did you see the latest bla bla bla?" While the guys consisted mostly of driving a car. So I got up there with a 6th grader, and he said "oh noez we r abowt 2 fal off a clif111" then I did my screaming facial expression, then a really n00bish n00b came up and started yelling at me "DO YOU LIKE CHOCOLATE CAKE?????" I was then pleading with my teammates to save me. =P So that game lasted a while, then it was over, and we came back home.
