Rules for Submitting Templates:

The theme and graphics must be appropriate for all ages.

Remove all icons/blinkies.  However if you have a (example) LOTR themed blog and LOTR themed icons/blinkies they may be kept.

Please create link to yourself (if you created it) and to RecycledTemplates somewhere on the sidebar.

Please create link to the creator of the graphics if they require it.

Remove any videos you may have.

 Remove any links that were not on the original HSB template unless they are too the creator, Recycled Templates and the creator of the graphics.

Please TRY not to use any pictures in template that are uploaded to your HSB account.  There is a chance that you might delete them and then they won't show up on the template.  If it's the only way it's okay but if you can upload them somewhere else please do!

If you want to submit a template that you won in a drawing or if someone made it for you please check with them to make sure it's okay before you submit it here.  Please link back to their blog if they created it, not yours.

Please PM me the template.  The template will be messed up if you comment it.

I will try not to edit your template, however if I see something that could be fixed like an overlapping sidebar or main column or text that is not easily readable I WILL fix it.
